Products overview

This product is obtained from heavy Paraffinic distillate with a special

technology and refined process, and consists of saturated aliphatic hyd-

rocarbons as its main ingredient with few Aromatic hydrocarbons.

Performance and characteristics

● Good softening property and easy for rubber processing

● Low volatility and good performance in mixture of rubber compounding

● Excellent oxidation stability and anti-aging property

Application scope

● Being used in rubber processing, it presents excellent physical properties in fi-

nished products, especially uses in saturated rubber such as EPDM(Ethylene

propylene diene terpolymer rubber)and IIR(Butyl rubber)

● Through reducing hysteresis heat in rubber products, it effectively prevents the

blowout of tires during high speed driving, and extend the service life of other

bber products

● It is often used in the production of inner tire tube, and is also suitable for color

ures due to its light color of property
