Products overview

This product is extracted from Aromatic hydrocarbon base oil, adding

some variety of additives through special intermediate process. t has

higher content of Aromatic hydrocarbons than other rubber process oil.

Performance and characteristics

● Excellent rubber compatibility, make rubber softening and easy

for rubber processing

● Speed up curing effect and improve the quality of finished product

● Promote the effectiveness of mixture with other rubber additives

and improve the performance of rubber

● Avoid property migration of finished product and improve the low

temperature endurance

Application scope

This product is suitable for rubber processing of all kinds of Natural rubber(NR),Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR)and Acrylonitrile butadiene rubber(NBR), and etc. Especially suitable for all kinds of deep color rubber processing, including tire, belt, hose, waterproof curl materials, shoe soles, and other rubber industry products. With the higher usage in rubber content and relatively lower price than other rubber materials and additives, it can be used to reduce the costs of production.
